Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in maintaining proper liquidity for operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial procedures and improve efficiency.
- Support audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor queries.
- Stay updated on financial trends and recommend improvements to current financial strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications like ACCA or CFA are a plus).
- Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
